Interesting angle there sir and I hadn't looked it that way,and you do make a very good point. However, from the looks of things, I personally think both options will not be on the table if someone is to play the national security card. Given the Fouch's cozy relationship over the years with Langley, it's very likely that, that's the card that would be played. I could be wrong and I hope I am wrong
