employees send pgp encrypted yaml invoices which i decrypt with pgp key stored on my yubikey

sabrent enclosure, 2tb m.2 nvme for holding full node blocks.

bitcoin-qt with my watchonly hardware wallet descriptors loaded into bitcoin core (descriptors exported via hwi)

transactions are created as bitcoin core psbts and are signed with coldcard q via industrial grade micro sd.
