After you do a fair bit work in art or design using color, you start to develop a richer understanding and vocabulary around it — you see not red but carmine, crimson, or scarlet.

In the same way, as you spend more time on study and introspection about your emotional life you begin to recognize more specific categories of feelings. For these combined reasons, I really love this project!
