Daniel, are you implying that one of these companies deliberately caused the rain that drowned all those people? Evidence? Humans have been modifying the weather for years. The earths atmosphere is warming and Storms are getting more intense.

When the Romans ruled over Briton, they grew grapes as far north as Hadrian's wall. Probably before he built that (for reference). So, without a greenhouse, you can't do that today.
