Really? You mean there are people who are enjoying talking to the bots? Or talking to the bots without realizing they're bots? (I think the first option is much worse.)
The iq test is enjoying it / finding it interesting. Falling for it is understandable, they are simulating an engaging reply guy (the original usage not the bot).
Also I think this is not a spam attack (despite feeling like it) it seems to be being done but several people, some are experimenting, and I bet some are doing it for "the good of nostr", to inject "interesting" replies and engagement.
Just like the enjoyment of ai art this is more a nostr problem than anywhere else.
