Concord serves the same masters, Vector and Armada just different masks.

Concord as a protocol is meant to replace Discord's capabilities, but clients can use Concord to whatever depth they need, a simple transport or all the Roles, Channels, Rolling Keys, etc. Vector has been going the full length as well, building all the features for a Discord replacement.
