Yes, I do. I usually use Notedeck every day and I have for a while. The largest issue for me is threads. Everything else seems to work fine. Yes, when you open Notedeck it starts where you last left off so that you can read what you've missed. Just tap the up arrow and you'll be back at the top of that column feed.
