Check out Maple. Trymaple.ai I have been using them and am fairly happy. They just released agent mode in beta. It’s working pretty well. And the end to end encryption is a huge lift to privacy. They accept bitcoin.
Would I like to self host? Yes. Can I at the moment? No. This is a decent trade off.
