Zappie: Zaps for the Enterprise

We would love to hear your feedback to shape the future of Zappie. This survey aims to understand your current methods of expressing gratitude and rewarding team members, gauge interest in specific features of Zappie, and prioritize our development efforts.

Very good idea. Would be great to think of more ways to integrate with a small team, especially with older reluctant management.

I can see its value, and gave you feedback. But honestly, my US-based employer would never implement something like this, especially outward-facing zaps. Legal reasons aplenty.

cool idea, but in my experience HR are resistant to simple monetary rewards. it's the whole "don't give them more money, buy them a ping pong table" sorta thing.
