Do you run your own electrum server? Can yoi connect your own node to Bull? You should be able to scan deeper to find those addresses.

You can indeed connect BULL to your node. However some users miss configure the connection and end up missing funds in their balance. I am not saying this is the case with Jor, but in my experience helping troubleshoot support tickets for users, this was one of the causes.
