my guess is you would have to be similar age to her
i doubt they would let a 40 year old man marry a 12 year old unless they are both from Muslim families
A 48 year old man was able to marry a 14 year old girl in Ohio. This was back in 2002. They had 3 children and are still together to this day. They are both White.
