Burning is a really bad idea. From a legal point of view, coins should be returned to the legitimate owner. If you do it, you just knowingly destroyed someone elses property. And companies should be burning coins based on what? Tweets?

From a practical point of view, the coins will end up being mixed with other coins, like always. Would you then also delete everyone else's, that only touched the dirty coins?
