The people commenting need to have skin in the game, perhaps can be accomplished by more levels of unlocking more/higher sat payouts by better comments/questions getting the possibility to move into these different levels

There perhaps could be a bonus day reward set up for the comment judged to be the best or most insightful? Maybe leave that up to the original poster to decide which comment was best on their campaign and hey can send the bonus reward?
