I think if you hit your profile picture in top right, go to blocked, you can slide left to remove the block . Could be wrong but worth a shot

Nostrgram has a muted list filter

A couple of weeks ago I blocked someone but then regreted it later for realising it was just my ptsd making me rage and overreact. Then I proceeded to follow him and then it was like he was never blocked. Today I like and comment his notes daily. 🫂

Top left. Settings. Blocked. Then find their identity and unblock. Should work.

I have a couple I accidently did as well. On amythyst I can unblock but it doesn't save 🤷🏽 =-\
