Seems like at the very least, it would be beneficial for clients to add a feature where you can request to only see + get notifications for replies to your posts if you follow that person making the reply.

This would make it so that people don’t have to see harassing/spammy/garbage replies to their posts from random people, and avoid experiences like @nostrich​ had yesterday
