They are starting to rehire quite a few of them. The agency I'm involved with has seen several thousand in the last month alone.
The issue with the DOGE cuts is they were not done with any strategy and they lost a LOT of corporate knowledge. There are departments that have literally stopped moving for months because the leftovers had no idea what was going on. So now they're forced to rehire -- at a premium.
