What going is on with USPS?

Had 3 parcels sent Priority mail, which by their own desciption is a 2-3 day delivery. All were stranded at hubs for a week or more.
2 in Kansas, one in Indiana.
To the best I can tell there were no natural disasters in the vicinity of either hub...
