@nprofile1q... If you're starting to get stuff sticking, that means the PTFE coating is releasing and you really don't want to be eating that stuff. I would throw them out and replace them.

Also, oil is still useful in non-stick because it helps spread the heat to areas of the food that aren't necessarily in contact with the bottom of the pan.
