Seems like a lot of misunderstandings around NIP-13 (Proof of Work for nostr posts). 1. It is optional (like just about everything in nostr). But especially for a mobile client like Amethyst, it would be optional, off by default, and require at least a couple of extra taps to add PoW to a note. No ...
