In September 2025 I didn’t have a relationship with God

God was not part of my upbringing

I loved to read and read a lot but never thought to read the Bible

I relied on myself to get through hard times

I viewed nature as the source of truth and gave thanks to “great mother” for the blessings I received

Then God found me

Men I respected nudged me to read the Bible

My wife discovered Jesus and encouraged me to develop a relationship with him

I was curious

I had always felt something was missing

I began reading the Bible every morning in December ‘25 and haven’t missed more than a few days since then

I realized that it takes more faith to not believe in God than it does to believe in a supreme creator that brought life into existence

I now believe deeply in my heart that a Jesus is a real historical person, that he is the son of God, that he died on the cross to pay the debt of sin for us, that he rose from the dead and that he will return to execute judgement on the wicked men that have perverted our world

My life is so much better now

My faith is strong

My desire to serve is strong

My purpose as a husband, father and leader is clear
