I'm happy for your optimism. I hope everything turns out as wonderful as you suppose.

This is not “hope”. This is economic science. If we understand the fundamentals of economics (as most Bitcoiners do) we understand the concepts of free markets in the context of capitalism (real capitalism, not crony capitalism).

If a market becomes monopolized it’s up to market participants to innovate so that consumers have choices. This is called competition. If the market remains monopolized the participants are not working hard enough to innovate and win/break up the market share. This is not too abstract or complex for even the normie like me to understand.

If Bitcoin miners are monopolizing the industry it will either stay that way, or industry/market participants will break up the monopoly with innovation. If you know Bitcoiners like I know, there will be a ton of competition and innovation in the mining space in the near future.

What stands firm is that Bitcoin will continue to be used as global money used without permission by anyone who makes the choice to do so.
