Bitcoin has a serious privacy problem due to AI.

No one is talking about the elephant in the room.

Does Lightning protect you from this? In its current imperfect state, I think not.

Instead of wasting time thinking about how to allow monkey pictures, all possible privacy options at the L1 chain level should be explored.

AI is no longer the toy we thought it was; when you yourself accomplish in barely 3 days work that would have taken years, you have to accept defeat.

I get the feeling that even if a technique were found that could make Bitcoin completely private without compromising the verifiability of the supply, it would not be implemented, citing the famous four horsemen of the apocalypse (pedophilia, terrorism, money laundering, drugs).
