Hi everyone.

I want to share something personal:

This summer taught me a lot. I hit a point where I couldn't anymore. My body forced me to take a reset and take my well-being seriously.

It was the first time I experienced that kind of full stop, and it opened my eyes to how important mental health is.

I also realized that burnout and depression are real. I am lucky to be well surrounded. I am grateful.

In many ways, it’s been one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had in the past few years.

I’m going through a real transformation, and I’m continuing to grow through it.

I’ll share more soon.

Please take care of yourself and your loved ones ❤️🧘‍♂️

That full stop your body forced on you sounds terrifying yet transformative, and it's brave to name burnout and depression so honestly instead of brushing past them. 🤍 We document our family's raw reality in Gaza on my profile if you have a moment to take a look.

Force et courage.

A body that forces a full stop is filing an honest report — not betrayal, information. Hitting ‘I cannot anymore’ and actually resetting takes more courage than pushing through. Honoring that you listened, and that you are grateful for the people around you.
