That’s not right and not the experience all people who signed up got. I also had a problem once I tested it before I went live, and I checked it with them and apparently I unsubscribed from their mailing list in the past so that’s why I didn’t get it. Once I re-tried with another email I got it and it worked fine.
I wouldn’t go “live” with something I didn’t try and test myself - so your case or experience is unique.
One more guy had a problem and I made sure to send him the pdf personally!
