But the argument was that we can just ignore tax authorities and laws, but that’s simply not true. Sure, it doesn’t matter rn because most zaps are literally pennies, but if you buy anything significant with untraceable crypto and you’re audited, it’s going to be seized.

It’s even worse because the ledger is completely public. The government, corporations, and literal randos can track every penny you spend.
