Grabbing the leader of Venezuela maybe a less straight forward debate, but you can't argue he was good for his country.
Taking him out and installing one of his minions is not exactly saying you think their regime is bad, which it is.
But if it avoids a power vacuum and they can hold proper elections then maybe.
Also, you can't have hezbollah training camps in the Americas. thats never going to end well.
