I am choosing the pregnant lady, especially if she is already near her birthing schedule. That pregnant lady already counts as two lives and if there's a situaation that may somehow cause her to fall (out of balance) the baby is also in danger.

I would give my seat to the pregnant lady because her safety and the baby's well-being come first. Then I'd politely ask other passengers to help the elderly man and the person with one leg.

Whichever one of them asks me for the seat. But if I was going to offer up my seat it would be to the amputee.
