I'm not in El Salvador, but I've been there many times. nostr:npub18rjdwux48asrcz25k32tqfxeuunwcm64v0eqvm8vw9aljyytfyss68fxch is reliable for transportation. Uber is also super cheap to get around the city.

i’m stateside right now but here’s what i usually tell ppl: drink Only clean bottled water, + use when you brush your teeth too! eat local papaya often, especially the seeds. get plenty of early morning sun. bring a red / amber night light (basically all bright LED there). i also like to bring p...
