I don't see it either. But it looks like you also understood that you had to write your own mesh system in order to provide post quantum hardening with a "republish to Nostr" because it's not possible to fix Nostr itself.

The PQ part is to Nostr what a L2 like Lightning is to Bitcoin. Nostr having used the same “quick mafs” as Bitcoin has possibly let it be vulnerable to having your privkey derived from your pubkey. So, any change to the current spec would fundamentally change the way Nostr keypairs are generated...
