Heyo, FYI, the senate has drafted its own developer protections and theyre a lot more extensive than the BRCA, Id suggest to support that version - it amends 1960 *retroactively* and also has protections from the BSA, both of which brca doesnt do iirc

We'd totally support the senate version of the bill *if it survives a floor vote*....which seems rather unlikely at the moment. We either need the BRCA protections as a baseline OR we need to kill this bill when it comes to the floor. Appreciate your support spreading the word! 🫡
