It has no effect given their hash rate. However, since they have no way to contact all users, they're effectively making customers signal without their knowledge or intent. That seems malicious to me.

I really wanted to use OCEAN pool. I believed their "freedom" speech... Now I'm hoping they will stop their BIP110 nonsense as soon as possible so they go back to reason.
