I've been trying to convince the people over at Sync for Reddit to do the same, but they clearly don't see the value in Nostr. It's interesting because Nostr is exactly what they're looking for. They don't want something controlled by a corporation and they don't want fediverse style broken apart ...

We should create a Nostr to Reddit style API wrapper so that that Reddit app developers can just swap out the URL for the Nostr wrapper one and the app will continue to just function, only with Nostr data. Like Lemmy https://feddit.de/post/768790
