I came across a sample ballot for a local election this morning. The wording in the questions could only have been made up by govt clowns, to make it confusing. Double negatives, triple negatives, quadruple negatives, quintuple negatives, sextuple negatives, to no end. A simple yes or no question will suffice. Total clown world. #GovtClowns
