It's been roughly a year since I've been settled into my own house, and today's the day I finally get to head home 🎉

The past year has been such a shitmix of huge disruptions and unexpected major crises popping up, and my partner and I have had to ad lib our way through it all as plans kept getting vaporized and people we care about kept winding up in the hospital.

I am so intensely, emotionally, and existentially exhausted. I might spend the first week home just sleeping.
