1 - First you'd need to create Gitlab account on https://about.gitlab.com/ which is free.
2 - Navigate to https://gitlab.com/artel211/artel/-/work_items where you can create new issues clicking "New Item" in the top right corner
3 - You can describe free form concerns and also you can mentioned specific code lines by clicking them in repo, e.g. https://gitlab.com/artel211/artel/-/blob/main/fetch_bitcoin_chain_raw.py?ref_type=heads#L32
Have a first pass at raising issues there. You can always just tag me here as I'm monitoring your comments.
