If you took the time to download a wallet, you would see that Zcash has DeFi integrations with NEAR Intents & Maya protocol.

Basically you can send shielded ZEC and perform a swap within minutes, so you can pay anywhere BTC, USDT, or whatever other coin is accepted without revealing how many coins you have in your wallet.

The receiver will see an incoming transaction from a DeFi liquidity pool, the DeFi service has no idea who you are and how many coins you own outside the ones you sent.
