I spent a few years in Tokyo, but the sushi in the Algarve is often top drawer, as the fish is so incredibly fresh.
It's pre-season and we went to a place last night. 6pm so we're the first there and had our own personal sushi chef.
Delicious food but also some pride and serious attention to detail going on here ... ๐ฃ๐ธ
