Afaik:
1. He has weighted the algos (weird) based on his own preferences.
2. He has created a map of block hash outcome to algorithm which he has not shared
3. But he has sha hashed the map so when it is revealed we know it was pre-decided.
It still feels lopped sided, why can't the map be public now?
But afaik, it isn't clear cut rigged the way you are making out. Happy to be pointed to where I am mistaken.
