It depends how Boltz, under a new team, will view an anon UTXO being swapped (anon, not from a OFAC listing). Rest of the swap providers do bother, afaik, to make it uneasy, to keep users unsure, whether or not the swap will process. Boltz had a huge (the API) so I think the decrease is happening. ...
