Faith is generally bad. Any faith. Just like fiat currencies that are based on faith in some group of people, are all bad. Non is better. No second best.
You do not need faith. You just need to answer all questions why. Starting from why you do what you do. Why do you do things you do not want to do. Why don't you do things you want to do? Why do you want what you want? When will it be enough? When can you do only what you want to do, and never do what you do not want to do?
Once those questions are answered, you will understand that if things like endless, forever, and never exist, so for-no-reason also exists.
Having understood all that, fear suppression tactics such as faith, will be irrelevant.
