If a hardware wallet setup can be warranted to give up the key which gives full unrestricted access to your bitcoin, then an exchange can be warranted to freeze and then transfer your bitcoin to them also.
Could "buying and/or using bitcoin" become an act of terrorism? One that they only apply to middle class and not their friends?
