Five years I’ve been asking this… Name someone who understood Bitcoin and then decided they wanted nothing to do with it.

Best I’ve got is Taleb, and I don’t think he ever understood it as a protocol- just a “hedge to inflation” and an “asset”. @TC said Amir Taaki today, but he hasn’t rejected Bitcoin, he’s rejected who ended up running it. Not the same thing IMO.

Anyone got better? 1k sats if you have a better answer to Taleb.
