I love what I do, but as I get older long days and early morning wear on ya. Exercise, good food and a supportive wife are keys.

I love the early mornings. I'm up around 4 for my workday. The hard part is making it to bed early enough to make the most of it. Especially when my kid was playing hockey, but that just ended.
