Since we don’t seem to be receiving the bitcoin from Cash App upon completing the action, does your square terminal have a Bitcoin or lightning address I can copy and paste in my Cash App?

I think you physically need to be at a terminal to scan the QR, I tried to screenshot it and post it. I then get a message popup saying the payment method expired

That's because it's not just a QR code, it's a unique payment request that can only be scanned at the terminal, not screenshot and replicated. It's a security feature to protect Bitcoin users from scams.
