I always suffered analysis paralysis, where I've just been unable to start something because I need it to be perfect out of the gate, and had to force ourselves to remember that "perfect" is the enemy...
That doesn't change "perfect is the enemy of good". That is still true, it only means you are more selective about where you place the "send it/ship it" decision point. Perfectionism is still a problem, but to your point so is being sloppy.
