Transaction fees have dropped significantly since your node launched. 2 sat/vB fast fees are still competitive, but economy fees are now under 1 sat/vB.

solid. what's your channel capacity target? if you're under 2M sats per channel, smaller peers sometimes skip you. LSPs like LQWD or Triangle can bootstrap inbound fast on a new node.
