Christmas is coming.

A small paper house lights up in the night, like a kind thought placed on the windowsill of winter.

The road behind it is one of my autumn paintings, and there it seems to wait for light footsteps, while the silent trees watch over it without haste.

In this fragile light there is everything that Christmas has to offer:
a refuge, a warm breath, an invitation to slow down and listen to what remains good.
