You can go live on nostr through @zap.stream. It's cool too because that does go out and other clients can pull those in like @Amethyst on Android or @Nostur I believe supports them on iOS. I don't think there's any native support to go live from your phone yet but just like a TT styled option I can't imagine it's far off.
