All this talk about keeping btc simple and keeping blocks small so poor plebs can run nodes.
The whole fucking point of the block war was to keep block sizes small for the poors to run bitcoin nodes.
Sure they can still run em but will be priced out of using it in the near future.
But we’re making the main chain unusable & making it so poor plebs need to use the LN node which is a shit show to run compared to just running bitcoin & requires better hardware then the popes can afford?
How is that part of bitcoins ethos?
