Colorado has really low property taxes. Create an LLC and buy a tiny hut in the mountains. Put a huge safe in it, but actually store the hardware signer in a coffee can.

You should see tiny house listings on Instagram, this is on par with what you get there, but you don’t have to be in France👌🏻
